Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By ordering, downloading, accessing or using a ZyloMods product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download or use the product or service.

If you act for a company, community or server owner, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account and purchase information.
• You are responsible for securing your Discord, Ko-fi and ZyloMods sessions.
• You may not share account tokens, download links or administrative credentials.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a contract or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payments may be handled by Ko-fi or another stated payment provider under that provider’s own terms. Applicable taxes, currency conversion and payment-provider charges may be added where required.

An order can be refused or cancelled before delivery where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, unlawful use, payment reversal or a technical inability to supply the product. If payment was collected and no product is supplied, the amount collected for that order will be refunded.

4. Digital delivery and consumer cancellation rights

Digital products are normally made available through the customer portal, a download entitlement or another stated delivery method after the purchase is verified.

Consumers may have a statutory cancellation period. For immediately supplied digital content, that right may end only when the consumer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the legal consequence, where applicable law requires this. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement or refund right.

5. Licence

Unless the product page states otherwise, a completed purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the product on the number of DayZ servers, devices or accounts permitted by the purchased product or entitlement.

You may not, without written permission:

• resell, redistribute, publish, leak or share product files or source code;
• share downloads, licence keys, whitelist access or account access;
• remove ownership notices or misrepresent the product as your own;
• circumvent licence, entitlement, whitelist or download controls;
• reverse engineer or modify the product except where this is expressly permitted by mandatory law or written product instructions;
• use the product for malware, unauthorised access, abuse or unlawful activity.

6. Compatibility and customer responsibilities

You are responsible for checking the product description, supported DayZ version, operating system, dependencies and server requirements before purchase. You are also responsible for:

• making backups before installation or updates;
• protecting RCON, API, agent and hosting credentials;
• testing changes before applying them to a production server;
• following DayZ, Steam, Bohemia Interactive and hosting-provider rules;
• having a legal basis and required notice for player data sent to the management panel.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription features are available only while payment and the subscription remain active. The price, billing interval and included features shown at checkout apply to that subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally create a refund for a period already supplied, except where mandatory law requires one.

When a subscription ends, subscription-only access may stop. You remain responsible for exporting or backing up information that the service allows you to export before access ends.

8. Support, updates and changes

Reasonable support is provided through the channels stated on the website. Response times are estimates unless a written service-level agreement says otherwise. Products may be updated to fix defects, maintain compatibility, improve security or change features.

Third-party game, platform or API updates can require product changes and may temporarily affect compatibility. Discontinued products will be handled in accordance with mandatory consumer law and any specific written commitment made at purchase.

9. Refunds and payment disputes

If a product is defective, not as described or cannot be delivered, use the contact page so the issue can be investigated and, where appropriate, repaired, replaced or refunded. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.

Before starting a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact ZyloMods and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate. This does not restrict any legal right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect payment.

10. Acceptable use and suspension

Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, leaked files, attacks, credential sharing, chargebacks, unlawful conduct, security threats or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, the customer will be given notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Intellectual property

ZyloMods and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the website, products, code, artwork, documentation and branding. Purchasing a product grants only the licence described in these terms; ownership is not transferred.

DayZ, Bohemia Interactive, Steam, Discord, Ko-fi and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. ZyloMods is not endorsed by them unless explicitly stated.

12. Availability and security

Services may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, game updates or events outside reasonable control. No online service can promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

You must promptly report suspected account compromise, leaked files, licence abuse or security vulnerabilities through the contact page.

13. Warranties

Products and services will be supplied with the care and conformity required by applicable law. Beyond mandatory legal warranties, no promise is made that every product will work with every third-party mod, custom server configuration, future DayZ update or hosting setup.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZyloMods is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost gameplay data, server downtime or third-party claims caused by unsupported combinations, customer configuration, failure to keep backups or third-party services.

Where liability can legally be limited, the total liability connected with a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded for intent, gross negligence, death, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights.

15. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without removing mandatory rights granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes; these terms do not force consumers to give up a mandatory local forum.

Before starting formal proceedings, both sides are encouraged to contact each other and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

17. General provisions

If part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Failure to enforce a term immediately is not a waiver. Rights and obligations may be transferred as part of a legitimate business transfer, subject to applicable law.

These terms may be updated for legal, security, technical or business reasons. Changes do not remove rights already acquired under a completed purchase where mandatory law prevents that.
